I’m Josiane — an artist and movement coach who creates intentional tools for everyday life. Officially, I’m a 200-hour certified yoga instructor, a certified circus instructor (National Circus School), and a fitness instructor. Before all of this, I spent nearly a decade as a Registered Nurse, which deeply shaped my understanding of the human body and my passion for helping others feel better in their own skin.
Helping people feel grounded is part of my mission. Movement has always been a steady thread in my life—starting with artistic swimming, which led me to compete at the national level and shaped so much of who I am today. It later carried me into the world of aerial arts, where I spent over five years as a professional aerialist and performer.
Everything here is made with intention. Creating what I love with JOY — and helping others along the way—is what holds everything together.
